PREMOVE SURVEY

The move process begins the moment you make the decision to relocate. The pre-move survey enables us to assess the full requirements of the move, our surveyors are fully trained, the majority having years of relocation experience.

The survey is the ideal time to talk over any concerns or special requirements required during the move. The purpose of the survey is also to ascertain the volume of household effects, any items that need special packing or specially constructed wooden crating for maximum protection. The surveyor will talk through the customs procedures, insurance documentation and the most appropriate methods of transportation

EUROPE

Since your move will be travelling by truck, we will protect your furniture with especially secure packing. For example, we may safeguard your furniture with double layers of bubble wrap and kraft paper. We also take special care in packing your household goods and wrap each fragile object (dishes, knickknacks) in silk paper before packing in cartons. Once your personal goods have been packed, "SERVEKT" will perform a precise inventory at your home. This "packing list" indicates for each box its contents, which room it belongs in.

OVERSEAS

Removals to and from the rest of the world. We provide packing, packaging, loading, records management, export and import clearance, delivery and unpacking, as well as shipping by air and by sea containers. You will not find any location in world where we are unable to help. Moving to another continent requires particular care and organization. "SERVEKT" will arrange for air freighting of household goods.  Moving by air is fast and enables small but essential items to be available for the family upon arrival at their new location

INSURANCE

When moving we know that there is always a risk of damage, including big risks such as fire or flood, which is beyond our control. For complete peace of mind when moving, we recommend our "All Risk" insurance. This insurance policy covers you against all risks of loss or damage from the time we take charge of your belongings until they are delivered to your new home.
